The Brooks family consists of three individuals. Ms. Brooks (58), her sister (37), her niece with disability (12), and her grandchild (10). The family has been referred to Aviva program in October, where her granddaughter has received tutoring, clothing, and household items to maintain her home in approved standards.
The Brooks family is currently experiencing extreme financial hardship due to her sister being on disability which leaves Ms. Brooks as the primary caretaker. Ms. Brooks is retired and living on fixed income, which has made it really difficult.
Since starting at Aviva, the family has demonstrated remarkable resilience in spite of their economic hardships. They have expressed immense gratitude for the services they have received so far and have referred to the services that have been extended to them as a blessing. Her granddaughter enjoys many hobbies, most notably, dancing.
