This family has been with FSP services since September. The client currently has a full team including a Therapist, Parent Partner, Facilitator and a Case Manager in order to best support the family and their needs. Client has a history of depression and is currently having a difficult time with managing dads current health concerns. Dad is currently facing life threatening illness which makes it difficult for mom to work as she is caring fulltime for her husband through treatments and his medical needs. Mom is also caring for both daughters fulltime, taking them to school, taking one to her session with Aviva and other appointments.
