Client, age 11, lives with Mother, Father and Grandmother. Milo has a history of intrusive behaviors, being bullied at school due to struggling with schoolwork. This led to Milo’s depressive symptoms, low self-esteem, and Client feelings of frustration towards himself. Client has been receiving services at Aviva since March. Client participates in treatment and engages in sessions with therapist. His mother actively participates in client’s treatment and collaborates with therapist. Mother, although struggling with her anxiety due to concerns about Client, is able to support Client by utilizing his coping skills with him. Despite his struggles, Milo is musically gifted as he plays the cello, violin, and piano and currently got into a music school through a scholarship. Despite trauma history and stressors, Anthony is in a music school through a scholarship and plays the violin.
